1 SubmissionArticles should be submitted in digital form, preferably in PDF. 2 Style and format of articlesArticles should be written with line spacing 1 and 2,5 cm margins. Text should be justified (aligned both the left and right margins) and written in Times New Roman 12p. Scientific and professional articles should not be longer than 6 pages, including tables, figures and list of references. Figures, drawings, diagrams, maps and tables should be included in the article, only if author refers to them, therefore they should be numbered. 3 LanguageArticles are accepted only in English. 4 Title and SubtitleTitle of the article should be written in Times New Roman 16p. Title should be short and clear and should exactly describe the content of the article. Articles can be subtitled if necessary. Subtitle should be typographically (or with colon) separated from the title. 5 AuthorAuthor (name and surname) should be written under the title of the article. If there are more authors, the sequence of their names should be determined by them. One author should be identified as the corresponding author (telephone number and e-mail address). Institution and address of the institution where authors are employed should be written in footnotes of first page (see Template). 6 AbstractAbstract of up to 150 words is required for all articles. Abstract is written by author(s). Abstract should be on the first page and should follow the name(s) of author(s). Abstract should be written in such way that it is clear as independent text without reading the whole article. Abstract should sum up the essence of the article. It should explain the purpose, goals, used methods and techniques of research and scientific approach, results and main conclusions. Abstract should be written in Times New Roman 12p, italic (see Template). 7 Key WordsAbstract is followed by key words that indicate the content of the article. Key words should be simple expressions. 8 Sections and subsectionsArticle should have clearly separated sections, which titles should be written in bold (Times New Roman 12p, bold). Sections can be divided into subsections. Sections and subsections should be numbered without full stop at the end (i.e. 1, 1.1, 1.1.1, etc.). First order should be written in capital case, lower orders in title case. 9 FootnotesAs a rule footnotes should be written under the line and numbered in the order in which they appear in the article (Times New Roman, 10p). Footnotes should contain only additional text (author’s comments) and no bibliographic references. If a footnote is indicated at the end of the sentence, the number should be before full stop. Footnotes of current page should be on the same page. 10 Acknowledgments and appendicesAssistance of others should be mentioned at the end of the text, just after the conclusions. Names and sort of assistance should be stated. Appendices follow the acknowledgments. Both, acknowledgments and appendices are special non-numbered sections. 11 CitationsCitations in the text should be equipped with reference. Data about a reference (surname(s) of author(s), year of issue) should be written in round brackets, where surname of author and year of issue are separated with comma. If there are more authors, after last author “and” should be used instead of comma. Up to 3 authors should be indicated, if there is more than 3 authors, only first one should be written and followed by “et al.”. If more references are quoted, semi-colon should be used to separate them. List of references should be written at the end of the article. In the case when two different references of the same author and year of issue are used, title case a and b should be added to the year of issue (i.e. Doe, 2006a; Doe, 2006b). Example of citationAccording to many authors (DiVicenzo, 2006; El-Saaba, 1999; Schlick, 1988; Steen, 1998, Rose et al., 2007), organizational skills are essential for a project manager, because project managers should be able to see the project as a whole. El-Saaba (1999) at this point differs conceptual and organizational skills and asserts that these skills are interrelated. 12 List of referencesQuoted sources should be listed at the far end of the article in the special non-numbered section “References”. Sources that are not mentioned in the text and are not publicly accessible should not be listed in the section “References”. References should be ordered alphabetically by surname of the first author. If one author occurs more than once, his works should be ordered by year of issue. If one author occurs once independently and once with other co-authors, his independent works should be listed before works with co-authors. All authors should be written, no matter how high the number is. If non-published work is quoted, “In press” should be written instead of year of issue. All data should be written in original language. List of references should be written in Times New Roman 12p, but title of the reference should be in italic (see Example and Template). ExampleDiVicenzo, T. 2006. Project managers stay in charge and out front. Occupational Outlook Quarterly, Vol. 50, Issue 2, pp. 19-25. 13 Figures and tablesAlso figures (photographs, charts, maps, sketches, diagrams and similar) and tables can be included in the article in black and white colors only (grayscale also acceptable, but nor coloured figures and tables). Figures and tables should be numbered in the order in which they appear in the article and have a caption (i.e. Table 1: Temperature difference, Figure 1: Study area). In multi-part figures, each part should also be labeled (e.g. figure 1(a), figure 1(b)). Caption of the table should be written above the table, caption of the figure should be written below the figure. Between caption and figure/table there should be one empty line. If figure or table is not result of authors own work, the source should be indicated or in the case of reproduction, permission of publisher should be acquired. In the text there should be clear where each table or figure belongs by indicating its sequential number. Each cell of the table should be filled in. Tables and theirs captions should be aligned to the left. Figures and theirs captions should be centered. 14 Review procedureA "double-blind" paper evaluation method will be used. To facilitate that, the authors are kindly requested to produce and provide the paper, WITHOUT any reference to any of the authors. This means that is necessary to remove the author’s personal details, the acknowledgements section and any reference that may disclose the authors identity. |
